Easy TCD?

The Croissant Diet was coined by a scientifically minded chef who saw "croissant" ratios based on a mouse study. This is my attempt to implement it and share my journey. I am not scientifically minded but practical and like to keep things simple.

Eat LOTS of long chain Saturated Fat and avoid PUFA like the plague. Also avoid MUFA. If you want to eat some starch, go for it! But smother them in SatFat. That’s the whole thing, really.
